· New metal ultra-thin film materials—Through research into the nano-stacking formation mechanism of metallic micro-particles, the company has innovatively identified novel properties of metal ultra-thin films with a thickness of less than 100 nanometers.

· New self-healing polymer materials—Based on research into a new hydrogen bonding mechanism in polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) materials, the company has developed an innovative new class of self-healing polymer materials.

Built on these two core technologies and focusing on three major sectors — smart electronics, new energy and healthcare — Zenithnano has successfully launched a full range of products including transparent metal electrodes, high-performance water vapor barrier films, infrared reflective window films, blood glucose testing electrodes, medical aesthetic materials for skin applications and electronic skins, fully demonstrating its extensive product portfolio and mature application solutions.

Zenithnano operates a dedicated integrated R&D and production base in Guangzhou, covering an area of 25 mu. The base is equipped with advanced, high-efficiency AMAT roll-to-roll production lines that support a maximum material width of 1.6 meters.

With an annual output value of RMB 500 million, the facility can meet fast-growing capacity demand, drive further reductions in manufacturing costs, and enable the fabrication of high-performance products. Its materials are widely applicable across industry sectors including touch display (education & commercial display IFPD), electrochromics and thin-film photovoltaics.
