Job Description
Salary Range:10K–15K × 12 months
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the R&D of perovskite solar cell fabrication processes and new process innovation.
2. Track the production progress of project products and resolve technical issues.
3. Collaborate with key raw material suppliers and the Quality Department to formulate raw material specifications.
4. Assist in establishing material testing methods for mass-produced products and provide training for quality personnel.
5. Analyze material-related issues at the customer side and conduct competitive product analysis in the industry.
Education Requirements:
Master’s degree or above from accredited higher education institutions, with R&D project experience related to perovskite solar technology. The education requirement may be appropriately relaxed for candidates with extensive work experience.
Work Experience:
1. 1–2 years of R&D project or work background in perovskite solar and related fields, with a good understanding of industry prospects.
2. Equipped with product evaluation capability, able to conduct preliminary feasibility judgment when required.
3. Able to analyze industry competitive products, deliver basic analysis conclusions, and fully articulate personal professional viewpoints.

Salary Range: 7K–9K × 12 months
Job Responsibilities:
1. Break down and achieve sales targets in line with the product marketing plan for the assigned region, and execute market development initiatives with sales expertise.
2. Negotiate business with clients and sign sales contracts; responsible for customer order follow-up and quotation maintenance.
3. Follow up on project progress, and support the update and maintenance of new project development plans with clients.
4. Conduct after-sales work, build and maintain customer relationships, and communicate and resolve customer complaints and suggestions in a timely and effective manner.
5. Proactively learn product-related technical knowledge and keep updated with industry information.
6. Maintain daily delivery records, promptly mitigate payment risks, and conduct account reconciliation with clients.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above from full-time accredited universities; candidates majoring in materials science, chemical engineering or related fields are preferred.
Work Experience:
1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience; prior sales experience in the same industry or key account project management experience is preferred.
2. Present a professional image and demeanor, with strong sales awareness, service orientation, sense of responsibility, as well as solid communication, learning and comprehension skills.
3. Strong ability to work under pressure; adaptable to business travel and client entertainment.

Salary Range: 5K–7K × 12 months
Job Responsibilities:
1. Operate sputtering, slitting and laminating equipment in accordance with production orders and technical R&D requirements.
2. Handle raw material and product transfer, label printing, as well as product packaging, cartoning and packing work.
3. Complete production records and in-process self-inspection and measurement tasks; conduct resistance measurement for each batch of produced materials as required by engineers.
4. Clean and maintain production and facility equipment: perform regular cleaning, routine maintenance and daily inspection of equipment (including gas supply systems).
5. Prepare and handle production materials based on production orders and technical R&D requirements.
Education Requirements:
Secondary vocational school education or above; no major restriction.
Work Experience:
1. Candidates with over 1 year of work experience are preferred. Candidates with good comprehensive quality, strong loyalty to the company, a strong sense of responsibility and willingness for long-term development with the enterprise are preferred.
2. Prudent, detail-oriented and clear-thinking, with strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
3. Proficient in common office software such as Word and Excel.
